Receptionist (Full-time, On-site — Lahore District)
The Receptionist will manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Greet and assist visitors; register guests and notify staff of arrivals.
- Manage appointments and meeting room schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Perform clerical tasks: maintain records, organize files, and perform data entry.
- Support general office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Escalate and coordinate visitor inquiries or service requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and standard receptionist duties.
- Strong clerical skills, including file management and accurate data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
