 Receptionist (Full-time, On-site — Lahore District)
The Receptionist will manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Greet and assist visitors; register guests and notify staff of arrivals.
  • Manage appointments and meeting room schedules.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Perform clerical tasks: maintain records, organize files, and perform data entry.
  • Support general office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Escalate and coordinate visitor inquiries or service requests as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and standard receptionist duties.
  • Strong clerical skills, including file management and accurate data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-service orientation and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
