Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and visitors warmly.
Manage the front desk, including answering phones and responding to emailsHandle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
English is a important aswell .
