You will be responsible for taking a strategic idea and turning it into a successful, multi-channel campaign. Your primary responsibilities will be to:Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage all promotional campaigns from start to finish, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions across all our sales channels, including our website, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Design, E-commerce, and Advertising teams to ensure all campaign assets (graphics, listings, ads) are created on time and are aligned with the campaign's goals.Project Management: Develop and manage a detailed promotional calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and all stakeholders are informed of their responsibilities.Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to monitor the performance of live campaigns, tracking key metrics like ROI, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.Reporting:Prepare post-campaign analysis reports, highlighting key successes, challenges, and learnings to inform future marketing strategies.
