Sysridge Technologies is expanding its international analytics capability and seeks a Marketing Analyst to support data-driven growth initiatives targeting the Australian market.Reporting to the regional marketing lead, the role combines digital analytics, campaign measurement, market research and cross-functional collaboration to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve lead generation, conversion and customer engagement.Key responsibilities include:Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports on campaign performance, website behavior, acquisition channels and funnel metrics.Perform cohort, attribution and A/B test analyses to identify high-impact optimizations across paid, organic and email channels.Translate quantitative insights into clear recommendations for marketing, product and sales teams to increase conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost.Conduct market and competitor research focused on the Australian IT services landscape to inform positioning and messaging.Collaborate with digital marketing and engineering to implement tracking, tag management and data quality improvements.Support forecasting and ROI analysis for campaign planning and budget allocation.The role is based in Brisbane with remote collaboration across global teams. You will work closely with product, sales and engineering to ensure analytics-driven decisions are embedded throughout the customer lifecycle.
