You will design lesson plans aligned to curriculum objectives, deliver engaging live lessons, assess student performance, and contribute to a collaborative teaching team focused on continuous improvement.Deliver live online English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels using company learning platforms and prescribed materials.Plan and prepare lessons that include clear learning objectives, varied activities, and formative assessments to track progress.Assess and report on student performance through quizzes, assignments, and progress reports; provide constructive feedback and individualized support.Maintain communication with students and parents where appropriate to set expectations, provide progress updates, and develop remedial plans.Participate in curriculum development and training sessions; collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching methods and share best practices.Optional onsite teaching at the Lahore facility for those who prefer classroom-based instruction; comply with local site policies and schedules.Successful candidates will be organized, punctual, and skilled at creating an inclusive learning atmosphere.
