We are hiring an online/remote Client Hunting & Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition, expand our SME and corporate client base, and achieve revenue targets.ResponsibilitiesProactively source and qualify new B2B leads (SMEs, corporates, high-net-worth individuals) using digital channels and networks.Manage full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.Develop tailored commercial proposals in coordination with product, credit, and advisory teams.Maintain and update pipeline and client records in CRM; forecast sales and report KPIs.Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth plans.Build and sustain long-term client relationships and ensure smooth handover to operations.
