Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Apollo CRM and Data Extraction Specialist to support our Business Development team by collecting, cleaning, and managing high-quality B2B data. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and experience with data extraction and CRM management tools.Key Responsibilities:Extract and collect B2B leads using Apollo and other data sourcesBuild accurate and targeted prospect lists based on business requirementsClean, verify, and organize lead data for outreach campaignsMaintain and update the CRM with correct and structured informationSegment data for email and LinkedIn outreach campaignsSupport the Business Development team with high-quality lead databasesEnsure data accuracy and remove duplicates or invalid contactsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Experience with Apollo or similar lead generation toolsStrong data entry, research, and analytical skillsBasic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)Good English reading and comprehension skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in data handlingSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPreferred Skills:Experience in data extraction, scraping, or lead miningKnowledge of B2B databases and sales funnelsFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar toolsBasic understanding of email outreach campaignsLocation and Work Type:On-site, Johar Town, Lahore.
