Job Description:
TradeUnleashed is hiring ERP Software Support Officers for handling and supporting ERP systems at assigned brand locations. The selected candidates will first complete a -week professional ERP training program at TradeUnleashed before deployment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support ERP software operations at client/brand locations
Troubleshoot software and user-related issues
Assist staff in ERP system usage
Coordinate with technical teams for problem resolution
Monitor system performance and operational flow
Maintain accurate records and reporting
Ensure smooth ERP functionality and support services
Requirements:
Experience using or supporting ERP software
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Basic technical understanding of software systems
Ability to work onsite at assigned locations
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
