IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Provide accurate information about services and processes.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Salary: Up to Rs. , /
Monday till Friday.
WEEKENDS ARE OFF.
