A well-established Hong Kong–based multinational company is expanding its footwear operations in Pakistan and is seeking experienced professionals to be based in Lahore.We are currently hiring for the following positions:Footwear Technician (1 Position)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree / diploma in industrial engineering or a relevant technical field.Specialized certification in footwear design, development, or production will be an added advantageMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the footwear industryStrong knowledge of shoe construction, materials, components, and manufacturing processesExperience in sample development, fitting, testing, and quality controlAbility to analyze technical drawings, specifications, and tech packsGood coordination skills with factories and production teamsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKey Responsibilities:Oversee technical development from sample stage to productionEnsure product quality and compliance with company standardsProvide technical support to factories and vendorsMonitor fitting approvals and resolve technical issuesFootwear Merchandiser (1 Position)Requirements:Bachelor’s / master’s degree in fashion merchandising, Supply Chain Management or business management.Additional training or certification relevant to footwear manufacturing will be preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear merchandisingStrong understanding of product development and order managementExperience dealing with international buyers and suppliersGood knowledge of costing, pricing, and production timelinesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesKey Responsibilities:Coordination between buyers, factories, and internal teamsManage product development timelines and order executionMonitor production schedules and ensure on-time deliveryHandle costing, sampling, and order follow-ups
