Customer Service & Sales Support Executive (Female – Night Shift)

We are a rapidly growing fashion brand working with premium streetwear labels across the USA, UK, and Canada. We're looking for a confident and presentable Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to handle client communication, provide styling guidance, and manage customer queries through our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook

Conduct video consultations and assist with product selection

Provide styling suggestions and share product/pricing details

Maintain accurate records and assist with order processing

Deliver excellent customer service and support to international clients

Requirements:

Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Confident and well-groomed personality

Prior experience in customer service or fashion sales is a plus

Willing to work night shifts from our Lahore office

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (Fixed)
