Sales Closer - Real Estate (VA Services), Islamabad

About the Role

Ravon is hiring Sales Closers to acquire real estate clients for our Business.

You will be speaking with real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and investors internationally, identifying gaps in their operations and closing them on outsourcing solutions such as lead generation, cold calling, CRM management, and admin support.

This is not a traditional sales role. You are selling efficiency, scale, and time-saving systems to professionals who live in a high-pressure, deal-driven industry

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to real estate professionals (agents, brokers, investors)

Identify operational challenges such as lead management, follow-ups, admin overload, and missed opportunities

Pitch VA services as a solution to increase productivity and revenue

Clearly explain service offerings including cold calling, lead generation, CRM management, and admin support

Handle objections related to outsourcing, cost, and trust

Close clients on service packages and secure commitments during live calls

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups

Attend daily Zoom check-ins and performance meetings

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English (international communication level)

Confident, persuasive communicator with strong closing ability

Experience in real estate campaigns, VA services sales, or B B outbound sales

Background working with real estate clients (US, Canada, UK, or Dubai markets preferred)

Familiarity with tools like CRMs, dialers, and lead management systems

Understanding of how VAs support real estate businesses (ISA, cold calling, appointment setting, etc.)

Understanding of real estate workflows (lead generation, listings, follow-ups, deal cycles)

Ability to connect with and sell to real estate professionals

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

Stable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop

Ability to work night shifts

Comfortable on live Zoom calls (audio/video + screen sharing)
