You’ll be our technical operations person, working directly alongside the founder and owning the systems that keep the business running.Your first sprint will be deep inside one of our verticals — a software platform already processing real data, with customer-facing surfaces being completed and a beta launch on the near horizon. From there, your scope expands across the portfolio as new verticals come online.We work with AI tools as a daily thinking and translation layer. Someone who wants to arrive at something already scaling will not.WHAT YOU’LL OWNStarting out:Learn the existing system end-to-end — every flow, integration, and moving partComplete unfinished technical work and pressure-test what’s liveBuild out our help desk infrastructure and own it — from setup through daily operation, including ticket triage, technical debugging, and direct user repliesStart documentation from Day 1As you build fluency:Fix the known backlog of technical issuesMonitor system health dailyShore up integrations between platformsBuild additional components as the vertical scales into launchAs the portfolio grows:Operate the system across new verticalsResearch and evaluate platforms for future migrationsDocument every integration point so we’re never hostage to a single platformGrow into a technical voice in strategic decisionsTHE DETAILSType: Independent Contractor (you invoice monthly, handle your own taxes)Hours: Full-time (~40 hrs/week), flexible scheduleLocation: Remote — Kenya or Pakistan strongly preferred.
