Job Description


Position: Head of E-Commerce Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations (Daraz, Shopify, website, etc.)
• Manage inventory planning, stock levels & demand forecasting
• Supervise order processing, dispatch & logistics
• Ensure accurate financial reconciliation (COD, online payments)
• Lead warehouse coordination and fulfillment efficiency
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Analyze KPIs (conversion rate, order fulfillment time, returns)
• Manage team (operations, warehouse, support)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related
• 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of platforms (Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Leadership + analytical mindset
• Experience managing large order volumes
