We are seeking a Meta Ads Marketer to join our multidisciplinary team and lead paid social performance for client accounts targeting the Pakistani market.Key responsibilities:Plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end for multiple client accounts, aligning objectives with overall marketing strategy.Conduct audience research and build targeting strategies including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based segments.Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy variations, and formats to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.Perform ongoing bid, budget, and placement optimization using campaign-level and ad-level data.Implement and maintain pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking to ensure accurate measurement and attribution across funnels.Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and produce actionable weekly and monthly reports for clients and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and account managers to align messaging, landing pages, and post-click experiences.Stay current with Meta platform changes, new features, and best practices; recommend platform-specific strategies to improve outcomes.We value a marketer who pairs technical ad platform skills with commercial thinking and clear communication.
